FunderMax SKY has been carefully developed to complement our Max Exterior portfolio, specifically for exterior decors and in applications where you want to create a distinctive and convincing stone/concrete-like finish.
This unique surface allows you to achieve the very best in terms of visual depth and texture. Carefully developed, SKY delivers an entirely new optical quality, emulating the nuances of rough stone surfaces. Its deep matte finish is enhanced with shiny facets, which sparkle as they catch the light – creating the perfect impression.
SKY is an aesthetically striking new addition which opens up so many possibilities. Full of character and depth, the name itself conveys the vitality of this product.
We recommend installing SKY in the following ways:
- as a large-panel open-joint Rainscreen
- using our economical Modulo Rainscreen-System: factory-prefabricated 8mm panels, concealed fastening, closed joints,
Both engineered Rainscreen systems are NFPA 285 approved.
FunderMax Exterior panels are duromer high-pressure laminates (HPL) as per EN 438-6, type EDF with extremely effective weather protection. The weather protective coating consists of double hardened acrylic polyurethane resins. They are produced in laminate presses under high pressure at high temperature.
The range of applications with Max Exterior is expanding quickly with the range of decors also achieving continually new dimensions in terms of nuances and variety. The product itself remains true to its success factors and, whatever décor is used, will also always stand for consistent protection and uncompromising strength in the face of all external influences.
